[ EcHo ]
[EcHo] is a living and playful digital installation.
Viewers are invited to interact with their own image using a mirror module and a projection from a camera. The computer randomly records short sequences and projects them either in real time or with a delay ranging from a few seconds to several minutes. Images from previous viewers are then mixed with the live images.
In our contemporary societies where images are omnipresent due to the multiplicity of media for dissemination and capture, this installation questions the control we have over our image when it is disseminated on digital networks.
